HP has unveiled four new devices that are powered by Windows 8 and carry affordable price tags – the Stream 7 and Stream 8 tablets, and the 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch Stream laptops.

The HP Stream 7 and Stream 8 are Windows 8-powered slates that sport 7-inch and 8-inch displays. Both sport Intel chipsets and feature 1TB of OneDrive storage and 60 minutes of Skype each month. The Stream 8 also comes with an optional 200MB of free 4G data each

Just a few days after having its specs and features leaked, the GoPro HERO4 is now official. As previously reported the HERO4 will have two versions – the Black and Silver editions. Both will be ready for purchase starting October 5.

Earlier this week, we posted our review of the iPhone 6. We eventually got its bigger sibling, the iPhone 6 Plus. And they shared a lot of things in common, there were a few upgrades that puts it at a better spot.

The biggest and most prominent feature of the iPhone 6 Plus is its size. We originally thought it would be just as big as the LG G3 which also has a 5.5 inch display but turns out it’s way bigger and more like the size of the Galaxy Note 3 or the figure of the Nokia Lumia 1520.

Chinese electronics manufacturer Gionee recently released in China the world's thinnest smartphone, the Gionee Elife S5.1. Measuring at only 5.1mm (0.2in), it's so slim that it even made it to the record books, courtesy of the Guinness Book of World Records. For reference, the closest thinnest device to the Elife S5.1 that's not a Gionee is the Vivo X3, measuring at 5.57mm.

Acer is notable nowadays for its aggressive promotion with its new smartphone and tablet lineup across all forms of media.
