LG G Flex in the flesh!

Announced just last month, the LG G Flex curved smartphone is already released in Korea with partner telcos. One unit found its way to the Philippines.


We spotted one last night during the LG Curved OLED TV launch. What’s surprising and ironic was that the G Flex wasn’t brought by the LG executive from Korea but by our good friend @artsamaniego of Manila Bulletin (who got it from a source in HK for $USD1,000).

We borrowed the handset for a while, took some shots and played with it alongside the LG G2.





BlackBerry unveiled the fourth BlackBerry 10 (BB10) OS device, the Z30 in September. Touted as the "biggest, fastest and most advanced" BlackBerry smartphone, the Z30 packs quite a decent set of specs to try and grab market share from the competition. Can the Z30 achieve what the Z10, Q10 and Q5


We probably saw this coming. Another Grand Theft Auto game will be ported to your smartphones and tablets. Rockstar just announced the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for various mobile operating system.

After the success of Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in both Android and iOS, the third GTA to come to mobile will be available next month. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will be looking better than the PC version with remastered graphics like dynamic and detailed shadows, greater draw distance, enriched color palette, plus enhanced character and car models


Starmobile recently launched a new line of Diamond phones, the Diamond S-series where the S is for Style. There are 4 phones currently under this line and the Diamond S1 is the most stylish of the bunch in my opinion.


The Starmobile Diamond S1 features a 5-inch qHD scratch-resistant display. A thing of note is that the display tapers smoothly towards the edge giving it a sleek look similar to that of some Nokia Lumia phones and the HTC One X. This

Apple just confirmed that it has acquired Israel company PrimeSense for about US$360 million.

We just got confirmation that the Google Nexus 5 will be officially launched in the Philippines this 1st week of December.

There’s no specific day on that week but nor we have any idea on the suggested retail price though.

We also confirmed that Smart will also carry the Nexus 5 on their postpaid plan. We update with more details as we get them.
