Today, I was very fortunate to have witnessed the unboxing of a new handycam by Sony at Cyberzone, SM Megamall. I thought it was just an ordinary handycam but was surprised when the Sony team discussed its awesome features! The Sony HDR-GWP88 turns out to be the first 4-proof handycam with built in projector here in the Philppines. Yes, it is waterproof, dustproof, shockproof, freezeproof and has a built in projector! It comes in both black or white color.

The good news is that someone tipped us about its official pricing ahead of launch. However, note that it might be slightly higher than some of you have predicted.

According to our source, the Lenovo K900 will be sold locally for Php21,990. To be honest, that price isn’t so bad, considering that it was sold for Php23K+ when it was first made available in China back in May.

Although the Windows Phone platform has always been criticized for its limited app selection, Microsoft has been taking short strides to include popular apps in to their offering and making sure that it works on most devices. Case of the statement is Temple Run for WP8 intended for handsets with 512MB RAM.

Previously the game can only be installed on handsets with 1GB RAM. As you would’ve expected, a lot of WP8 users were pissed by this and some requested for the game to be made available for lower spec’d devices. True enough, Microsoft delivered.
